Scan
High-resolution infrared drone imaging captures the thermal signature of your entire roof in a single evening flight. Wet insulation holds the day’s heat after sunset; dry insulation doesn’t. The difference shows up in color.
Map
We overlay thermal data on a scaled aerial image of your roof and verify suspect areas with core samples and moisture meters. The result is a moisture map: exactly what’s wet, exactly what’s dry, in square feet.
Plan
The map becomes a capital plan. Repairs ranked by urgency. Wet areas priced for targeted replacement. Remaining service life estimated by section. A 1-, 3-, and 5-year budget you can take straight to your CFO.
Execute
Factory-certified crews carry out the plan — repair, restoration, or replacement — installed to manufacturer spec across TPO, EPDM, PVC, metal, and modified bitumen systems, with warranty options up to 30 years NDL.

Visual · daylight flight
A flat roof absorbs heat all day and releases it after sundown. The daytime flight captures the visible record — membrane condition, seams, flashings, penetrations, drainage, ponding, rooftop equipment, and previous repairs.
Thermal · single evening flight
Wet insulation holds the day’s heat after sunset; dry insulation doesn’t. The difference shows up in color. Verified with core samples and moisture meters, the two flights become a moisture map — exactly what’s wet, exactly what’s dry, in square feet.
