Can you work while production is running?
Usually, yes. We map work zones against what’s underneath them, phase around shifts and sensitive operations, and hold noisy or high-risk work for your shutdown windows. Containment and interior protection are planned per zone. Where a section genuinely requires a stoppage, we tell you exactly which one and for how long — before work starts, not after.
Our roof gets grease and chemical exhaust. Does that change the roofing system?
It should. Standard membranes degrade quickly under oils, greases, and solvents — and exhaust contamination is a common warranty exclusion. We identify what your stacks actually emit, then spec accordingly: KEE or PVC for chemical and grease exposure, high-temperature details at stacks, and sacrificial protection where discharge concentrates.
What happens when we get a leak during a production run?
Call the 24/7 line. First priority is containment — protecting product, equipment, and the floor. Then diagnosis and a documented repair, plus a written account of what failed and what it means for the rest of the roof. If the leak points to a systemic problem, you’ll know while it’s still one leak.
