If you don’t know your roof’s current condition, this is the first call. Our infrared drone inspections and moisture surveys establish the baseline every good decision is built on. Most clients are surprised by what the scan finds — in both directions. Wet areas nobody suspected, and roofs written off as ‘shot’ that have five serviceable years left.
02 · Protect
Protect: maintenance & repair.
The cheapest square foot of roof is the one you already own. Scheduled maintenance keeps small problems small and manufacturer warranties intact; diagnosed-first repair fixes the actual source of a leak instead of chasing symptoms across the deck.

Renew: restoration & replacement.
When sections reach the end of their service life, the moisture map tells us whether restoration or replacement is the right spend — and confines the work to where it’s needed. No blanket recommendations. No replacing dry roof.
