Commercial roof repair: fix the source, not the symptom.
Water is a traveler. It enters at a seam on the north side, runs along the deck flutes, and drips through a light fixture eighty feet away. Patch where the drip is and you’ll be patching again next month. Lionstar repairs start with diagnosis — because the cheapest repair is the one you only do once.

Emergency? We’re already moving.

651-780-7663Our emergency crews respond across Minnesota and Texas, 24/7/365 — and if the damage is storm-related, our documentation is built to support your insurance claim from the first photo.
Temporary stabilization first — stop the water, protect the interior, document everything
Diagnose — trace the true entry point once conditions allow
Permanent, diagnosed repair — to manufacturer spec, photographed and verified
Storm damage? Claim-ready documentation from the first photo.
02 · The method
Diagnosed-first repair.
For non-emergency leaks, we resist the urge to guess. Depending on the situation, diagnosis may include moisture meter tracing, targeted infrared imaging, water testing, or core sampling — whatever it takes to find the true entry point.
Then we repair that, to manufacturer spec, with materials compatible with your system. You get photos of the defect, the repair, and the verification.

04 · Straight talk
Repair honestly — including when not to.
Sometimes a repair is the wrong spend.
If a section’s moisture level or defect density means repairs are just renting time on a failed assembly, we’ll show you the data and lay out the restoration or replacement math instead.
And when a repair is the right call, we won’t inflate it into anything more. We repair what needs repairing — nothing more. That’s the deal.
05 · Questions
Frequently asked questions.
What building owners ask when the ceiling tiles are already stained.
How fast can you get here?
Emergency calls in our Minnesota and Texas service areas are typically responded to same-day, with maintenance program members receiving priority dispatch. When you call, we’ll give you a real arrival window, not a promise we can’t keep.
Will you work with my insurance company?
Yes. We document storm damage to claim standards — dated photos, measurements, and scope narratives — and we’ll walk the roof with your adjuster. What we won’t do is inflate scope; the documentation speaks for itself.
Can you repair a roof another company installed?
Yes, and we do it with materials and methods compatible with the existing system so any remaining manufacturer warranty stays intact. If the roof is still under an installer’s workmanship warranty, we’ll tell you to call them first — it’s your money.
The leak keeps coming back after repairs. Why?
Because the repairs have been chasing the drip, not the entry point — or because moisture already in the insulation keeps migrating. This is exactly the case for diagnostic tracing or a moisture survey: find where water actually enters and how far it has spread, then fix it once.
Evidence, not estimates
