Services · National accounts & multi-location programs
National accounts: one standard for every roof you own.
If you manage properties in eight states, you probably have eight roofing vendors, eight report formats, eight opinions about what ‘good condition’ means — and zero ability to compare one roof against another. Lionstar’s national account program replaces that patchwork with a single methodology, a single report standard, and a single accountable partner.

The portfolio problem.
Roofing decisions at portfolio scale fail for a predictable reason: the data isn’t comparable. One vendor’s ‘fair condition’ is another’s ‘immediate replacement.’ Budgets get set by whoever wrote the most alarming report, not by actual asset condition. And when capital is allocated, nobody can prove it went to the neediest roofs.
The fix isn’t a better vendor in each city — it’s one measurement standard everywhere.
02 · The program
How the program works.
Four commitments that make a portfolio legible.
Same scale · same evidence standard · every property
One methodology
Every roof in your portfolio gets the same treatment: infrared drone scan, verified moisture mapping, standardized condition scoring, and identical report formats. A roof in Fargo and a roof in Houston become directly comparable — same scale, same evidence standard.
Portfolio-level capital planning
Individual roof plans roll up into a portfolio CAPEX view: total forecast spend by year, worst-first priority ranking across all properties, and scenario planning (what happens to the 5-year number if we restore instead of replace at these six sites?). This is the document your investment committee actually wants.
Coordinated execution
Work is performed by our own crews in our Midwest and Texas service areas, and through our vetted certified-contractor network beyond them — always under Lionstar scopes, Lionstar QA, and Lionstar reporting. You deal with one account team regardless of where the work happens.
One point of accountability
Single account manager, consolidated invoicing, portfolio dashboards, and emergency dispatch for every property through one number. When something leaks in another state at 2 a.m., your call still goes to us.

04 · Questions
Frequently asked questions.
What portfolio teams ask before piloting the program.
Do you self-perform work nationwide?
We self-perform across our Midwest and Texas regions. Elsewhere, work runs through our vetted, manufacturer-certified partner network under Lionstar scopes and quality control — with our team inspecting and signing off. The standard is identical either way; that’s the point of the program.
Can we start with a subset of the portfolio?
Most clients do. A pilot tranche — often the ten most uncertain roofs — proves the reporting standard and the economics before the program scales to the full portfolio.
How does pricing work at portfolio scale?
Assessment pricing scales down per roof with volume, and program clients get pre-negotiated rate structures for repair and project work — so you’re not re-bidding every leak in every city.

Start with a pilot: pick your ten most uncertain roofs and we’ll show you what comparable, evidence-based portfolio data looks like.
