What this site is for

This website exists to explain our commercial roofing services, share what we know about roof systems and diagnostics, and make it easy to reach us. You may use it for those purposes. You may not use it to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape it at scale, misrepresent your identity, or do anything unlawful.

Information, not advice

We work hard to make the content on this site accurate and useful — lifespans, cost ranges, system comparisons, maintenance guidance. But every roof is different, and nothing on this site is a diagnosis of your roof, a quote, or professional advice you should act on without an assessment. Figures like price ranges and service-life estimates are typical ranges, not promises. The honest answer to “what does my roof need?” always starts with looking at your roof — which is why the assessment is free.

Free assessments & the contact form

Requesting a free roof assessment through this site is an inquiry, not a contract — for you or for us. Actual roofing services are governed by the written proposal or agreement we both sign, and if these terms ever conflict with a signed agreement, the signed agreement wins. When you submit information through our contact form, you agree it’s accurate and yours to share. Our handling of that information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Our content

The content on this site — text, photographs, thermal imagery, graphics, project profiles, logos, and design — belongs to Lionstar or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You’re welcome to browse, link to, and share our pages; you may not copy, republish, or use our content commercially without our written permission. Manufacturer names and logos (such as certification badges) belong to their respective owners.

Third-party sites and services

This site links to third-party sites and uses third-party services (for example, our form provider). We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, availability, or practices. A link is a convenience, not an endorsement.

Disclaimer

This website is provided “as is” and “as available.” We aim to keep it accurate, current, and working — and we fix what’s wrong when we find it — but we make no warranties about the site itself: that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its content is complete or current at any given moment. This disclaimer is about the website; the workmanship and manufacturer warranties on our actual roofing services are separate, real, and stated in writing in our project agreements.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lionstar will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website, and our total liability arising from the website will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and — to be clear — nothing here limits our responsibilities under a signed services agreement.

Indemnification

If your misuse of this site — unlawful use, infringement, or a breach of these terms — causes a third party to bring a claim against us, you agree to indemnify us for the resulting losses and reasonable costs.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from this website will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Disputes about roofing services are governed by the terms of the applicable signed agreement.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, will always be posted here — material changes will be flagged clearly, not slipped in quietly. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Severability

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
