Your roof is invisible to guests. Our crews should be too.
A bucket in a lobby costs more than the leak that filled it. In retail and hospitality, roofing is a guest-experience problem first — so we work nights, off-seasons, and service corridors, and leave nothing for a customer to notice.
Schedule My Free Roof Assessment01 · The stakes
The leak is cheap. The review is expensive.
In most industries a roof leak is a facilities ticket. In yours it’s a closed dining room, a comped night, a one-star review that outlives the repair by years. The real cost of water in a customer-facing building is measured in guest experience — which means the roofing plan has to be built around the people who must never notice it happening.
That changes how we work more than what we install: overnight and off-season scheduling, staging hidden from sightlines and photographed before we leave, odor-managed material choices near dining and lodging, and coordination with store managers who have a business to run. The best roofing project in this industry is the one nobody posts about.

What we plan around — and how we answer it.
The realities of a guest-facing building
-
Every hour is business hours
Restaurants turn tables, hotels never close, stores live on foot traffic — there is no convenient time, only less-bad ones.
-
Guests notice everything
Noise over a dining room, odor in a corridor, a ladder by the entrance — details invisible on a jobsite are glaring in a guest experience.
-
Brand & landlord standards
Franchise requirements, landlord approvals, co-tenancy rules — retail roofs come with paperwork attached to every decision.
-
Seasons carry the year
A December leak in retail or a July failure at a resort hits when the building can least afford disruption — or a construction crew.
How Lionstar answers
-
Overnight & off-peak execution
Work windows built around service hours — overnight over dining rooms, off-season at hospitality properties, early-morning at retail.
-
Invisible-site discipline
Staging out of sightlines, walkways clean by open, low-odor systems near guest areas — and photos to prove the site disappeared.
-
Paperwork fluency
Landlord approvals, franchise specs, COIs, and co-tenant notices handled as part of the job — we’ve done the brand-standards dance.
-
Pre-season readiness
Inspections timed before your peak — so the roof is proven before the season that pays for the year begins.

04 · Questions
Questions we hear from your desk.
Can you work while we’re open to customers?
Where the work allows it, yes — and where it doesn’t, we schedule so it never has to overlap. Most guest-facing work happens overnight or in off-peak windows: crews arrive after close, the site is clean and staged out of sight before open, and odor-producing steps are held for hours when spaces below are empty. Your managers get the schedule in advance, every time.
We have dozens of locations with different landlords. How does that work?
That’s a program, not a series of projects — and it’s what our multi-location accounts are built for. Every roof gets baselined on the same scale, reporting comes in one format, and landlord approvals, COIs, and franchise requirements are handled per site. You get one point of contact and one standard, whether the portfolio is six roofs or six hundred.
What happens if a leak hits during business hours?
Call the 24/7 line. The crew that responds is trained for occupied, customer-facing buildings: contain and protect the guest area first, work from service areas where possible, and keep the visible footprint minimal. Then a documented repair and an honest read on whether it’s an isolated failure or the roof telling you something bigger.
