Analysis typically takes 3 to 7 business days after the flight. The full report is delivered as a PDF, and we schedule a 45-to-60-minute walk-through call to review every finding with your team.
Can the report be used for an insurance claim or warranty submission?
Yes. The report is formatted to meet the documentation requirements of major commercial insurers and the warranty programs of major roof manufacturers. We provide the methodology statement, pilot and thermographer credentials, and raw data on request.
Is the Roof Health Report useful if we haven’t had an infrared scan?
The full Roof Health Report depends on the infrared drone scan as its primary data source. Without the thermal data, the report defaults to a visual inspection summary — useful, but without the moisture mapping and severity classification that make it defensible to a CFO, insurer, or lender. We recommend starting with the scan.
